Our Commitment

• Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards (4.5:1 for text)
• Reduced motion support for users who prefer minimal animation
• High contrast mode support via system preferences
• Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
• Alt text on all meaningful images
• Semantic HTML structure throughout the platform
• Text scaling support up to 200% without loss of content
• Screen reader announcements for dynamic content updates
• Dark mode with appropriate contrast ratios

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

• Embedded maps: Interactive Leaflet maps may have limited keyboard navigation. We provide text-based address information as an alternative.
• Third-party content: Some content provided by third-party services (POS integrations, payment processors) may not fully conform to accessibility standards.
• Legacy PDF documents: Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these.
